Who We Are
David Zumwalt formed ZHIS in 2001 from a telecom/tech industry consulting and early-stage investing practice he launched in 1997, following the merger of a wireless industry software and services company he co-founded in 1985. ZHIS provides market-driven, tech-savvy expertise across private sector, public sector and higher education initiatives.
